2. Services

2.1. We provide locksmith services such as lock installation, repair, emergency call-outs, key cutting, and security fitting.
2.2. Quotes or estimates are provided where possible and may change if the scope of work changes.
2.3. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of the service.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Call-outs

3.1. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time, subject to availability and circumstances beyond our control.
3.2. If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
3.3. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1. Prices are as quoted or advertised at the time of booking. Additional costs may apply for extra parts or labour.
4.2. We accept cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
4.3. Late payments may incur interest at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Access & Client Responsibilities

5.1. You must provide safe and timely access to the property.
5.2. You must ensure information you provide is accurate and that the premises are safe to work in.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse work if unsafe conditions exist.

6. Liability & Warranty

6.1. We will perform services with reasonable care and skill.
6.2. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or issues caused by faulty materials supplied by you.
6.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
6.4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Parts & Materials

7.1. We use quality parts with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
7.2. We are not responsible for defects in parts not supplied by us.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned or licensed by Locksmith in East London. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
